The Scottish whisky brand William Lawson's can look back on a long tradition. Owned by an Irish company at the time, it played a special role during Prohibition between the beginning of 1920 and the end of 1933. At that time, the whisky was simply called Lawson's. This was changed to avoid any confusion with Peter Dawson. Many years later and then under the umbrella of the vermouth kings Martini & Rosso, the owners of the Lawson distillery ran the Macduff distillery on their behalf, whose single malt Glen Deveron, which is particularly popular in Italy and France, plays a major role in the William Lawson's blend. William Lawson's Scotch Whisky is a blend of grain whiskies and malt whiskies that have been carefully selected by master blenders and harmonize wonderfully with each other. With a creamy sweetness underpinned by spicy smoke, the result is light, aromatic and yet rich in nuance.
