The Polz Urbani, a balanced cuvée of equal parts Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon, is characterized by its growth on a soil of shell limestone and loam. A 30-month maturation phase in used barrique barrels gives the wine a pronounced depth of flavor. Sealed with a screw cap, the Urbani retains its quality and can be stored until 2026.
