Hibiki Japanese Harmony is the centerpiece of the range and impresses with its artful balance of flavors: at least ten fine malt and grain whiskies, matured in five different types of casks, blend to create a multifaceted taste experience. Notes of honey, orange blossom, and white chocolate dance on the palate, while a hint of Mizunara oak adds a subtle, spicy depth. This exceptional whisky, with its delicate golden colour and breathtaking aromas, embodies the spirit of “Wa”, which means “unity” in English, inspired by the harmony between man and nature. Refined and elegant notes of kumquat and jasmine, accompanied by Japanese incense, characterise its fragrance. On the palate, it unfolds subtly, sweet and floral, combined with spicy sandalwood and agarwood. The long and deep finish is rounded off by undertones of spiced Mizunara wood.
