Founded in the 1840s by pharmacist Albert Heinrich Riise, during the island's time as a Danish colony, each bottle combines traditional distilling skills with its founder's passion for discovery. The Founders Reserve Edition from A.H. Riise comprises a limited series of six XO rums, the first three editions of which were quickly sold out due to high demand. The series was then expanded to include three blends, which are characterized by different alcohol contents and are presented in black bottles. Each edition is differentiated by the color of the batch designation and the alcohol content. This spirit drink is the sixth edition of the A.H. Riise X.O. Founders Reserve and was bottled at 45.5%.
