Der Herradura Tequila Reposado zählt zu den bekanntesten und traditionsreichsten Premium-Tequilas aus Mexiko. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 40% Vol. und abgefüllt in einer eleganten 0,7-Liter-Flasche, wird er ausschließlich aus 100% Blauer Weber-Agave hergestellt, die in den Hochländern von Jalisco wächst. Die Destillerie Casa Herradura, gegründet im Jahr 1870, gehört zu den ältesten Tequila-Produzenten Mexikos und ist international für ihre handwerkliche Herstellung und die kompromisslose Qualitätsphilosophie anerkannt.
Der Reposado reift für mindestens 11 Monate in amerikanischen Eichenfässern – deutlich länger als die gesetzlich vorgeschriebenen zwei Monate. Dadurch erhält er seine intensive goldene Farbe sowie ein komplexes Aromenspiel, das die Frische der Agave mit der Wärme des Holzes verbindet. Mit dieser verlängerten Reifung gilt Herradura als Wegbereiter des modernen Reposado-Stils und setzt bis heute Maßstäbe in der Kategorie. Tasting notes:
Farbe: Strahlendes Gold.
Nase: Ausdrucksvoll mit süßer Agave, Vanille, Honig, Karamell und leichter Eichenwürze.
Geschmack: Vollmundig, weich und ausgewogen mit Noten von gekochter Agave, Röstaromen, Trockenfrüchten und feinen Gewürzen.
