Die Böden vulkanischen Ursprungs verleihen dem Wein eine belebende Mineralität, während der konsequente Ausbau im Stahltank seine jugendliche Frische und aromatische Klarheit erhält.
Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 12 % Vol. ist dieser Welschriesling wunderbar leichtfüßig und dabei ausdrucksstark. Die Herkunft als DAC-Wein garantiert regionale Typizität und klare Herkunftscharakteristik. Im Glas zeigt sich der MICHAEL Welschriesling in einem hellen, klaren Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. In der Nase dominieren frische Aromen von grünem Apfel und saftiger Birne, begleitet von zitrischen Nuancen und einem Hauch weißer Blüten. Am Gaumen lebendig und trocken mit erfrischender, gut integrierter Säure, die dem Wein Struktur und Trinkfluss verleiht. Die Stilistik bleibt stets fein und fokussiert, mit einem animierenden, fruchtig-mineralischen Abgang.
