Die Reben gedeihen auf steilen, gut durchlüfteten Hängen in der Südsteiermark, wo kühle Nächte und sonnige Tage für eine langsame, aromenschonende Reifung sorgen. Der Ausbau erfolgt im Edelstahltank, wodurch die lebendige Frucht und die feine Würze voll zur Geltung kommen. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 11,5 % Vol. und seiner frischen Art eignet sich dieser Welschriesling hervorragend als Sommerwein, leichter Speisenbegleiter oder unkomplizierter Genuss für jeden Tag. Im Glas zeigt sich der Wein in einem hellen Grüngelb. In der Nase dominieren frische, reife Apfelnoten mit einer eleganten, klaren Fruchtausprägung. Am Gaumen lebendig, würzig und knackig, mit einer feinen, harmonisch eingebundenen Säurestruktur. Das Finale ist frisch, saftig und typisch steirisch, geprägt von Frucht und Leichtigkeit.

Bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 8–12 °C entfaltet dieser Welschriesling seine volle Frische. Ideal zu klassischen steirischen Jausen, Meeresfrüchten, Süßwasserfischen wie Forelle oder Saibling sowie zur leichten Sommerküche. Als Sommerwein eignet er sich perfekt für Terrassenabende, Gartenfeste oder als belebender Aperitif.
