Die Marke Tres Generaciones wurde gegründet, um die Geschichte und das Erbe von drei Generationen der Familie Sauza zu ehren, die seit 1873 die mexikanische Tequilakultur geprägt haben.
Hergestellt wird dieser 100% Agave Tequila ausschließlich aus blauer Weber-Agave, die in den Hochländern Jaliscos unter idealen klimatischen Bedingungen reift. Die Agaven werden traditionell geerntet, schonend zerkleinert und anschließend in Kupferbrennblasen destilliert. Der Reposado reift für mindestens zwei Monate in Eichenfässern, wodurch er eine harmonische Balance aus frischer Agave und feinen Holznoten erhält. Mit 38 % Vol. zeigt er sich zugänglich, elegant und voll aromatisch. Tasting notes:
Farbe: Goldgelb mit leichten Bernsteinreflexen.
Nase: Frische Agavenaromen, begleitet von Vanille, Honig und dezenten Holznoten.
Geschmack: Sanft und ausgewogen, mit einer Kombination aus süßer Agave, Karamell, Zitrusfrüchten und würzigen Anklängen.
Abgang: Angenehm weich, mittellang, mit feiner Vanille und leichtem Eichenholz.
Der Tres Generaciones Tequila Reposado eignet sich hervorragend für den puren Genuss bei Zimmertemperatur oder leicht gekühlt in einem traditionellen Caballito-Glas. Er harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit gegrilltem Fleisch, würzigen Tacos oder Quesadillas und begleitet ebenso Gerichte mit Limette und Koriander. Auch zu Desserts mit dunkler Schokolade oder Karamell passt er wunderbar. In Cocktails wie Margarita oder Tequila Sunrise verleiht er eine elegante Tiefe und ein besonders ausgewogenes Aromenspiel.
