Der Schneider Black Print 2022 ist ein ikonischer deutscher Rotwein aus der Pfalz, der längst Kultstatus erreicht hat. Entstanden aus einem spontanen Einfall, entwickelte sich der Black Print zu einer wahren Erfolgsgeschichte und gilt heute als eines der Aushängeschilder des Weinguts Markus Schneider. Mit seinem kraftvollen Charakter, seiner dichten Frucht und eleganten Struktur hat er Maßstäbe gesetzt und prägt die moderne deutsche Rotweinkultur.
Die Cuvée setzt sich aus Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Dorsa, Syrah und Blaufränkisch zusammen. Alle Trauben stammen von Weinbergen in der heißen und trockenen Ebene der Pfalz, deren natürliche Wärmespeicher für optimale Reife und intensive Aromen sorgen. Der Ausbau erfolgt schonend und präzise, um die sortentypische Ausdruckskraft und die Harmonie der Cuvée zu bewahren. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 14 % Vol. präsentiert sich der Black Print kraftvoll, saftig und mit beeindruckender Tiefe. Zudem ist er vegan und steht für modernen, nachhaltigen Weingenuss. Im Glas zeigt sich der Schneider Black Print 2022 in einem tiefdunklen Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase entfalten sich intensive Aromen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Kirschen, reifen Brombeeren und einem Hauch von Gewürzen und dunkler Schokolade. Am Gaumen präsentiert er sich vollmundig, saftig und komplex, mit reifen Tanninen, dichter Frucht und einer feinwürzigen Struktur. Das Finale ist lang, elegant und von satter Frucht geprägt.

Dieser Rotwein aus der Pfalz ist ein idealer Begleiter zu kräftigen Gerichten wie Rindersteaks, Lamm, Wild oder gegrilltem Fleisch.
