Der SHAKARA 12 Years Old Thailand Rum 45,7% 0,7 l + GB ist eine seltene, hochwertig gereifte Abfüllung aus Thailand, die die wachsende Rumkultur des Landes eindrucksvoll repräsentiert. Produziert wird dieser Rum aus melassebasiertem Destillat, das in tropischem Klima über 12 Jahre langsam reift. Die konstant hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Wärme Südostasiens beschleunigen die Fassinteraktion und sorgen für eine außergewöhnlich runde, tief aromatische Struktur. Gelagert wird der Rum in sorgfältig ausgewählten Eichenfässern, die ihm seine warmen, exotischen Noten verleihen und zugleich die typische thailändische Stilistik hervorheben. Mit 45,7% abgefüllt und in einer eleganten Geschenkbox (GB) präsentiert, zeigt sich diese Edition als charakterstarker Premium-Rum, der sowohl Sammlern als auch Kennern fernöstlicher Rumprofile einen besonderen Genussmoment bietet.

Die Kombination aus tropischer Reifung, intensiver Fassarbeit und der natürlichen Süße der Melasse führt zu einem vielschichtigen Geschmacksprofil. SHAKARA positioniert sich damit als authentischer Ausdruck thailändischer Rumtradition, die Aromareichtum, Weichheit und exotische Tiefe harmonisch verbindet. Durch die lange Fasslagerung entwickelt sich ein komplexer, weicher und zugleich kraftvoller Rum, der die Aromatik von Holz, Gewürzen und dunkler Süße perfekt ausbalanciert. Tasting notes: Farbe: Bernstein mit goldenen Reflexen.

Nase: Warme Gewürze, Vanille, Karamell, reife tropische Früchte und Eichenholz.

Geschmack: Weich, rund und aromatisch mit Noten von Toffee, Gewürzen, dunklem Zucker und feiner Holzstruktur.

Abgang: Lang anhaltend, warm, würzig und harmonisch süß.

Dieser SHAKARA 12 Years Old passt hervorragend zu dunkler Schokolade, gebrannten Mandeln, karamellisierten Desserts oder exotischen Nachspeisen wie Kokos-Crème oder Mango-Tarte. Ebenso harmoniert er mit gereiftem Käse, würzigen Nüssen oder gegrillter Ananas. Pur entfaltet er seine volle Tiefe, während wenige Tropfen Wasser weitere Holz- und Gewürzaromen hervorbringen. Auch als luxuriöser Rum für Slow-Sipping-Momente eignet er sich ideal und bringt ein Stück tropische Eleganz ins Glas.
