Durch die temperaturkontrollierte Gärung im Drucktank nach der Charmat-Methode entsteht ein feinperliger Schaumwein mit moderatem Alkoholgehalt von 7%, der für seine elegante Süße und seine lebendige Struktur geschätzt wird. Der Cinzano Asti überzeugt als unkomplizierter, fruchtbetonter Dessertwein mit Kohlensäure, der sowohl pur als auch als Bestandteil leichter Aperitif-Momente eingesetzt werden kann.
