Stauning SMOKE Danish Single Malt Whisky Floor Malted Smoked Barley 47% is a Danish single malt whisky with a strong character that combines traditional craftsmanship with Nordic terroir. Produced by the innovative Stauning Distillery on the west coast of Jutland, this Danish single malt stands for regional raw materials, down-to-earthness and modern whisky culture. The barley comes from local farms and is traditionally floor malted by hand, i.e. turned and germinated on malt floors - a method that has become rare and underlines authenticity and quality.
For Stauning Smoke 47%, the malted barley is smoked over peat and heather, creating a unique, Nordic-influenced smoke character.
