Produced in small batches of 360 bottles each, the result is a London Dry Gin with 45.5% vol. that impresses with its balanced composition of juniper, coriander, elderflower, lemon and orange zest. The hand-picked aronia berries from south-eastern Styria give the gin its characteristic depth and a harmonious interplay of aromas.
The aronia berries used come from sunny south-eastern Styria, where they ripen under optimal conditions. This region is known for its fertile soils and mild climate, which give the berries their special intensity.
Under the direction of master distiller Wolfgang Thomann, all ingredients are carefully processed and distilled by hand. After the distillation process, the gin is left to rest in stainless steel tanks to develop its full aroma and achieve a harmonious balance.
