The eaux-de-vie selected for Delamain Cognac traditionally come from the exclusive Grande Champagne region.
One of the cognacs produced by Maison Delamain is the Pale & Dry, aged for 22 to 28 years. Despite its age, it is very light in color. Its dry sweetness is reminiscent of vanilla and various fruits. The Vesper, which is allowed to mature for 30 to 40 years, is a wonderfully full-bodied rancio. Both cognacs enjoy a high reputation. The gold pieces of Delamain Cognac are the high-priced varieties: the spicy Très Vénerable Grande Champagne and the noble Réserve de la Famille.
