Evan Williams is a traditional Kentucky straight bourbon whose roots go back to 1783. Today it is produced by Heaven Hill - using tried and tested methods, matured for at least four years in American white oak. The result is an honest, full-bodied bourbon with soft vanilla and wood aromas.
