Founded in 2012 by Fox Fitzgerald Brands, Rest & Be Thankful stands for exclusive single cask and small batch bottlings. The name comes from a viewpoint in Scotland - a symbol for pausing and enjoying. The brand combines Scottish whisky tradition with Caribbean rum culture.
The whiskies come from renowned Scottish distilleries such as Bruichladdich, Port Charlotte, Octomore, Springbank and Bowmore. The rums come from Jamaica's top distilleries such as Monymusk, Long Pond and Clarendon.
All bottlings are natural: no colorants, no chill filtration, always cask strength. Each cask is individually selected and reflects the character of the distillery and the wood.
The bottles bear the distinctive "Rest & Be Thankful" logo and detailed information on the cask number, distillery, vintage and alcohol content. The design is clear and high-quality - a statement of authenticity.
