Moko Rum was founded in Bordeaux in 1869 by the brothers Ernest and Maurice Lasserre. Today, the brand combines Caribbean rums from Jamaica and Trinidad with French barrel ageing in cognac barrels. The rums first mature for several years in Panama and then receive their final polish in the cellars of Maison Peyrat.
