Caselli Nocino Liquore Artigianale is a traditional Italian walnut liqueur made according to an old family recipe in the Emilia-Romagna region. This fine liqueur is based on a natural infusion of fresh green walnut shells (malli di noce), which are harvested at the optimum time in summer, when their aroma and essential oil content are at their most intense. The careful processing is done by hand (artigianale) to preserve the natural aromas and the characteristic depth of the nocino.

After maceration of the walnuts in alcohol, the liqueur matures for several months, resulting in the typical intense dark color and the harmonious balance of strong walnut spice, slight bitterness, sweet roundness and fine spicy notes. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, Caselli Nocino is full-bodied, complex and elegant - a liqueur that combines craftsmanship, tradition and taste in an incomparable way.

For decades, the name Caselli has been synonymous with the finest Italian liqueur culture, with a focus on natural ingredients and authentic production methods.
