The Whistler Irish Whiskey IMPERIAL STOUT FINISH 43% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is an innovative bottling from the Boann Distillery, which is based in the Boyne Valley, Ireland. The distillery is known for its artisanal production, the use of pure spring water from the region and the use of traditional copper stills. With this edition from the Whistler series, Boann impressively demonstrates how modern finishing methods can enrich classic Irish whiskey with exciting flavors.

The basis is a blended Irish whiskey made from malt and grain whiskey, which is first matured in ex-bourbon casks. It is then given a special finish in Imperial Stout beer barrels, which give it exceptional depth and new flavor nuances. The combination of whiskey and craft beer creates an exciting interplay of aromas of sweet maltiness, roasted notes, dark chocolate and creamy richness. With an alcohol content of 43% vol., the whiskey is strong, yet smooth and balanced. Packaged in an elegant gift box (GB), it is not only a delight but also an attractive gift for whiskey lovers.
