Der Alìe Rosé 2024 schimmert im Glas in einem zarten Lachston mit kupfernen Reflexen. In der Nase entfalten sich frische Aromen von roten Beeren, darunter Himbeeren und Walderdbeeren, kombiniert mit Zitrusfrüchten, weißen Blüten und einem Hauch rosenartiger Eleganz. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Wein frisch, ausgewogen und fein strukturiert, mit eleganter Säure, mineralischer Tiefe und einem feinfruchtigen, anhaltenden Abgang.
Der Frescobaldi Alìe Rosé IGT 2024 ist ein vielseitiger Genussbegleiter – ideal als Aperitif auf der Terrasse, zu einem leichten Sommerlunch oder einem stilvollen Abendessen. Kulinarisch harmoniert er perfekt mit gegrilltem Fisch, marinierten Garnelen, Sommergemüse, Ziegenkäse auf Rucolasalat oder leicht asiatisch inspirierten Gerichten mit Ingwer und Limette.
