Der Maglock-Nagel Grüner Veltliner Strass 2024 Kamptal DAC ist ein herrlich frischer und ausdrucksstarker Ortswein aus dem Kamptal, der die typischen Stärken des Grünen Veltliners mit Herkunftscharakter verbindet. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 12,5 % Vol. steht dieser Wein exemplarisch für die Klarheit, Saftigkeit und feine Würze, für die das Kamptal international geschätzt wird. Die Trauben stammen aus den renommierten Rieden Hasel, Stangl und Point rund um den Ort Strass im Straßertale – ein Gebiet, das sich durch hervorragende klimatische Bedingungen und vielschichtige Böden auszeichnet.
Die Handlese erfolgte am 15. September 2024 bei einem Reifegrad von 19 °KMW, was für vollreife, aromatische Trauben spricht. Der Ausbau fand bewusst im Stahltank statt, um Frucht, Frische und Typizität zu bewahren. Als Ortswein im DAC-System ist dieser Grüne Veltliner ein authentischer Ausdruck des Strasser Terroirs: vielschichtig, lebendig und trinkfreudig. Die Kombination unterschiedlichster Weingärten rund um Strass bringt ein harmonisches Ganzes hervor – mit Saftigkeit, Eleganz und Trinkfluss. Ein echter DAC-Klassiker, wie er im Buche steht. In der Nase präsentiert sich der Maglock-Nagel Grüner Veltliner Strass 2024 mit erfrischenden Aromen von Birnen und grünen Äpfeln. Am Gaumen beeindruckt er durch eine enorme Saftigkeit, die durch einen belebenden Säurebogen fein ausbalanciert wird. Ein strukturierter, klarer und typischer Vertreter seiner Sorte – unkompliziert, aber mit Tiefgang. Ein Veltliner, der durch seine Ausgewogenheit und animierende Frische überzeugt.

Dieser Grüner Veltliner aus dem Kamptal ist ein vielseitiger Allrounder für die Küche. Er passt ausgezeichnet zu vegetarischen Gerichten, leichten Salaten, Gemüsequiches, Ziegenkäse oder gegrilltem Fisch. Auch zu nicht allzu kräftigen Fleischgerichten wie Huhn, Kalb oder gebratenem Schweinefleisch harmoniert er bestens. Als Aperitif, Terrassenwein oder täglicher Speisenbegleiter begeistert er mit seinem klaren Charakter und unkomplizierten Charme. Die ideale Serviertemperatur liegt bei 8–10 °C.
