Clonakilty Small Batch Double Oak ist ein Whisky, der die Vielfalt der Fasslagerung elegant zur Geltung bringt. Zunächst wird der Whisky in frischen Eichenfässern gereift, die ihm eine klare Holzprägung verleihen. Anschließend erhält er ein Finish in einem verarbeiteten Bordeaux-Rotweinfass, das zusätzliche Komplexität und einen Hauch von Fruchtigkeit hinzufügt.
