Clonakilty Irish Whiskey Port Cask Cask Finish Series ist ein erlesener Blended Whisky, der aus 9 Jahre altem Irish Grain Whiskey und hochwertigem Irish Malt Whiskey besteht. Nach der Reifung erfolgt eine besondere Nachreifung in Portweinfässern, die dem Whisky eine einzigartige Komplexität verleiht.
Ein besonderes Qualitätsmerkmal dieser Abfüllung ist, dass sie weder gefärbt noch kühlgefiltert ist, wodurch die authentischen Aromen und der charakteristische Geschmack vollständig erhalten bleiben.
