Destilliert aus 100 % Zuckerrohrmelasse, wird dieser Rum mit Aromen von gerösteter Kokosnuss, Jackfrucht und wärmenden Gewürzen verfeinert – genau jene Zutaten, die auch Ginataang Langka ausmachen, eine traditionelle tropische Spezialität der Region. Das Ergebnis ist ein cremiger, üppiger und intensiv würziger Spiced Rum, durchzogen von harmonischer Zitrusfrische.
Der Name Alon bedeutet auf Tagalog "Welle" – ein Symbol, das die dynamische Küstenlandschaft der Philippinen widerspiegelt und die Lebendigkeit und Wärme des Tropenklimas in diesem Rum verkörpert.
Die Bernsteinfarbe des Alon entwickelt sich während der Reifung in sorgfältig ausgewählten Fässern und verleiht ihm Tiefe und Eleganz. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 40 % Vol. bietet er eine perfekte Balance aus exotischer Süße, floraler Würze und fruchtiger Frische. Tasting notes:
