Die Familie Paladin bewirtschaftet ihre Weinberge seit 1962 mit großer Sorgfalt und einem tiefen Verständnis für das Terroir. Die Rebstöcke für diesen Malbech wachsen auf kalkhaltigen Tonböden, was für Struktur und Reife sorgt. Der Wein wird nach der temperaturkontrollierten Gärung in kleinen Eichenfässern ausgebaut, was ihm Dichte, aromatische Tiefe und feine Tannine verleiht.
