Mit einem moderaten Alkoholgehalt von 10,5 % Vol. ist die Platscher Perle ein unkomplizierter Begleiter für gesellige Momente, warme Sommertage und stilvolle Anlässe. Die Perlage wird mittels Charmat-Methode erzeugt – also durch eine zweite Gärung im Drucktank –, wodurch der Wein seine feine, lebendige Kohlensäure erhält. Diese Machart unterstreicht die verspielte Leichtigkeit und sorgt für eine angenehme Moussierung am Gaumen. Ideal für alle, die einen trinkfreudigen Perlwein mit steirischem Charakter suchen. Im Glas schimmert die Platscher Perle in einem hellen Strohgelb mit silbernen Reflexen. Die Nase wird von duftigen Fruchtaromen geprägt – grüner Apfel, Zitrus, Holunderblüten und ein Hauch weißer Pfirsich. Am Gaumen ist der Perlwein frisch, lebendig und fruchtbetont, mit zarter Perlage, feiner Restsüße und einem harmonischen, unkomplizierten Abgang.
