Der Paladin Salbanello IGT 2024 ist ein fruchtbetonter, unkomplizierter Rotwein aus dem Hause Paladin, einem traditionsreichen Familienweingut in Annone Veneto, im Herzen der norditalienischen Weinbauregion Venetien. Diese moderne Rotweincuvée bringt eine harmonische Verbindung aus zwei klassischen Rebsorten: Malbech und Cabernet Sauvignon. Dabei vereint sie auf charmante Weise die Weichheit der einen mit der Kraft der anderen – ein Konzept, das sich seit Jahren großer Beliebtheit erfreut.
Der Salbanello wird nach der traditionellen Rotweinbereitung mit einer temperaturkontrollierten Maischegärung hergestellt, um die fruchtige Aromatik und die angenehme Tanninstruktur zu bewahren. Anschließend reift der Wein kurze Zeit im Edelstahl, um seine Frische und Eleganz zu erhalten. Das Ergebnis ist ein junger, lebendiger Wein mit moderatem Alkoholgehalt und viel Frucht – ein echter „Everyday-Charmer“, der unkomplizierten Genuss verspricht. Tasting notes:
Im Glas zeigt sich der Salbanello in einem kräftigen Rubinrot mit violetten Reflexen. In der Nase entfalten sich intensive Aromen von reifen Kirschen, Brombeeren und Pflaumen, begleitet von zarten Veilchennoten und einem Hauch Gewürz. Am Gaumen weich, rund und saftig, mit sanften Tanninen, dezenter Würze und einem fruchtigen, zugänglichen Abgang.
