Die Ernte erfolgt in Handarbeit, nur gesunde und voll ausgereifte Früchte werden verarbeitet. Anschließend reift der Brand über mehrere Jahre in offenporigen Glasballons, wodurch er seine außergewöhnliche Milde und Tiefe entwickelt.
