The Macallan Distil Your World Hong Kong with 46.8% volume and 0.7 liter content is an exceptional limited edition from the award-winning Speyside distillery The Macallan. It is the result of a unique collaboration between Euan Kennedy, head whisky maker at The Macallan, and the brothers Joan, Josep and Jordi Roca, the creative minds behind the world-famous El Celler de Can Roca restaurant in Girona.

Together, they traveled to the vibrant metropolis of Hong Kong to capture its essence - a fascinating symbiosis of centuries-old traditions and modern dynamics. This intensive exploration of the city, which reinterprets the public space, resulted in a whisky that is far more than just a drink: it is the result of a cultural and culinary adventure. While Euan Kennedy transformed the impressions into a single malt, Joan Roca created a matching menu inspired by Hong Kong's cosmopolitan cuisine.

This whisky captures the energy and complexity of Hong Kong. It is a symphony of flavors, with a rich intensity of ginger, spice and antique oak, balanced by the tropical vibrancy of mango and grapefruit. Each layer contributes to a rich and multi-faceted experience that reflects the dynamic nature of the city.

Matured in a combination of hand-selected European and American oak sherry-seasoned casks and selected refill casks, it acquires its depth, structure and unmistakable aroma.
