Der Tequila 123 TRES Añejo ist ein edler Premium-Tequila aus Mexiko, der ausschließlich aus 100% Blauer Weber-Agave hergestellt wird. Die Agaven stammen aus biologischem Anbau und wachsen auf vulkanischen Böden im Hochland von Jalisco, wo sie über viele Jahre hinweg reifen, bis sie ihre volle Aromatik entfalten. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 40% Vol. und der Abfüllung in einer 0,7-Liter-Flasche präsentiert sich dieser Añejo als authentischer Vertreter traditioneller mexikanischer Brennkunst mit einem klaren Fokus auf Nachhaltigkeit und Reinheit.
Nach der sorgfältigen Ernte werden die Agavenherzen schonend gegart und anschließend in kleinen Chargen destilliert. Der Tequila 123 TRES Añejo reift anschließend mindestens 12 Monate in ausgewählten Eichenfässern, wodurch er seine goldene Farbe, seine sanfte Struktur und die charaktervolle Verbindung aus Agavensüße und würzigen Holzaromen erhält.
