The Highland Park 16 Years Old Between You & I by Björn Frantzén Single Malt Scotch Whisky 48% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is the first bottling in a new, strictly limited series from the renowned Highland Park Distillery on Scotland's Orkney Islands. This exclusive edition was created in collaboration with the Swedish three-star chef Björn Frantzén, one of Europe's most influential restaurateurs, and combines the art of distilling with culinary creativity in an exceptional way.

With Between You & I, Highland Park opens a new chapter that sees whisky as a sensual, communal experience. This bottling is not only an invitation to enjoy, but also to discover - because instead of fixed tasting notes, the focus is on the individual interpretation of each connoisseur. The whisky is intended to encourage people to explore their own impressions and to promote exchange with other whisky lovers - an innovative approach that emphasizes togetherness and a shared passion for whisky.

Between You & I is matured for a full 16 years in a carefully selected combination of unseasoned Swedish oak casks - a first for the distillery - sherry-aged European and American oak casks and ex-bourbon casks. This complex combination of casks gives it exceptional depth, structure and aromatic diversity. The result is a single malt that combines elegance, warmth and sophistication in perfect balance.

With an alcohol content of 48% vol., non-chill-filtered and without colorant, Highland Park Between You & I embodies the pure expressiveness of the Orkney distillery. Inspired by the flavors of Nordic cuisine and Frantzén's keen sense of taste and balance, this whisky reflects a harmonious combination of nature, craft and art.
