Doorly's XO Fine Old Barbados Rum 43% vol. 0.7 l comes from the traditional Foursquare Distillery in Barbados and is one of the brand's most characterful bottlings. This rum matures for a total of around ten years, initially in selected oak barrels before being given an intensive finish in sherry barrels for several years. This two-stage maturation characterizes its full-bodied style and gives it an aromatic depth that is typical of the island's high-quality rum culture. A rich amber color with golden reflections appears as soon as it is poured, which is due to the long barrel ageing and emphasizes the elegance of this Barbados rum.

The combination of tropical climate, traditional know-how and the characteristic influence of the sherry casks results in a rum that combines fruity nuances, subtle sweetness and spicy sherry tones over a long period of time. Doorly's XO presents itself as a harmonious composition with exotic accents that are perfectly integrated by the barrel ageing. This makes it one of the expressive, yet balanced Barbados rums that impress both on its own and in selected rum cocktails.
