The Pasote Añejo Tequila 100% de Agave 40% Vol. 0.7 l is made from hand-picked blue Weber agaves that grow in the highlands of Jalisco, where they develop their aromatic maturity under optimal conditions. Cooked in the traditional stone pit and then gently fermented and distilled, the result is a high-quality añejo that reflects the original craft of Mexican tequila culture. After distillation, the tequila is matured in selected oak barrels, which gives it its elegant structure, warm woody notes and the balanced depth typical of Añejo. The interplay of agave sweetness, barrel spice and natural complexity makes Pasote Añejo a distillate full of character with a long-lasting, harmonious profile.

The barrel ageing gives it an aromatic richness that ranges from roasted aromas to soft vanilla and caramel nuances.
