Produced with Clydeside's usual precision, this single malt whisky is made from 100% Scottish barley, malted to 54 ppm with Highland Peat. Pure water from Loch Katrine, which has been prized for its quality for generations, is used as process water. Maturation takes place over six years in refill oak barrels, which allows the smoke to remain integrated in a controlled manner and gives room for fruit and structure. Bottled at 46%, non-chill-filtered and with natural color, this bottling retains its full texture and authentic character.
