Diese Vinifikation verleiht dem Grauburgunder Vulkanland Steiermark DAC zusätzliche Eleganz, feine Cremigkeit und eine ausgewogene Struktur, ohne die Frische und Präzision der Frucht zu überdecken. In der Nase entfalten sich feine Aromen von Blutorangen, Birnen, Blütenhonig, Haselnüssen und Honigmelonen. Am Gaumen wirkt der Grauburgunder aus dem Vulkanland Steiermark kraftvoll, harmonisch und elegant, mit feiner Mineralität, cremiger Struktur und ausgewogener Frische.
