The tasty and aromatic Hirter beer comes from the Hirt private brewery, which can not only look back on 750 years of history, but also on an old tradition that is deeply rooted in the local region. One of Austria's oldest private breweries is still run as an independent family business today and surprises with different types of beer that speak for themselves in terms of both quality and taste. Traditionally, only raw materials from the region are used, as was the case 750 years ago. In addition, beer is brewed at the Hirt brewery with genuine Austrian passion.
The Hirt private brewery has passed through many hands in its early centuries. Since 1846, however, it has been family-owned and run as such.
