The Schneeberger winery combines proven winemaking tradition with creative gin production. Since Hansi Schneeberger discovered his passion for spirits, gins with a local character have been distilled in small copper pot stills.

Produced in Heimschuh, Southern Styria, with ingredients from the immediate vicinity: Leutschach hops, Sausal lavender and rose petals complement classic juniper notes.
Production & craft
The dry gin is traditionally macerated and distilled - with over 27 botanical ingredients and a great deal of sensitivity. Everything is bottled by hand.
