Opivm Gin is a classically cut, dry gin with clear notes of juniper and citrus fruits. Its great finesse and floral aromas stand out balsamically and make this fine spirit from Portugal a very special treat. On the palate, it is reminiscent of the first Dutch gins and modern London Dry Gin. It has an elegant aftertaste on the finish. The careful focus, which allows the juniper to shine in exactly the right place, is that of a top-class gin. This is joined by aromas of cardamom, stump flower, hibiscus blossom, cascia, wormwood, papyrus, lavender and coriander seed, all in perfect balance. Hints of lemon, orange and grapefruit peel round off the taste experience.
Opivm Gin is best served with a lemon peel, fresh rosemary or juniper berries. The bottle should be stored in a dry place, upright and at a constant temperature between 10 and 20º C, avoiding direct exposure to light.
