The Dellavalle Grappa Riserva 983 is an exceptional specialty from the Distilleria Dellavalle, which impressively combines the art of long maturation and the Piedmontese distillation tradition. This rare Riserva is based on a unique composition of 60 percent Acquavite di Vino and 40 percent Acquavite di Vinaccia, both obtained from Dellavalle's own vineyards. Thanks to this special production process, the grappa combines the elegance of a matured brandy with the structured strength of a high-quality marc distillate. It then matures for an impressive 20 years in cherry wood barrels, giving it an unmistakable, warm and aromatically deep profile. Bottled at 42% by volume, this fine grappa has a soft, harmonious structure that perfectly combines long maturation, wood and fruit.

The rare cherry wood maturation characterizes the Grappa Riserva 983 with fine red fruit notes, an elegant spiciness and a particularly smooth texture. The combination of wine and marc distillate gives it additional complexity, depth and length, which clearly distinguish it from classic grappas. This grappa exemplifies the precise craftsmanship of Distilleria Dellavalle and is one of the most exclusive bottlings in its range.
