Dellavalle Amaro San Felice is a traditional Italian herbal liqueur from Distilleria Dellavalle, which impresses with its balanced blend of bitter herbs, spices and fine sweetness. This amaro with 21% by volume is a harmonious, aromatically complex liqueur that authentically reflects the Piedmontese herbal tradition. The slow maceration of selected botanicals creates a gentle yet expressive character with clear herbal notes and a pleasantly mild bitterness. The combination of herbal extracts, fine roots and citrus nuances gives Amaro San Felice a round, balanced structure that makes it extremely versatile both neat and mixed.

The exact recipe is traditionally preserved by Dellavalle, but its profile is typically Italian: tart-sweet, spicy, slightly fruity and pleasantly soft in the mouth. This amaro therefore fits seamlessly into the distillery's high-quality spirits portfolio and offers an accessible, classic interpretation of a Piedmontese amaro with modern elegance.
