The Killowen Rum & Raisin Irish Whiskey is a limited bottling full of character from the tradition-conscious and artisan Killowen Distillery in County Down, Northern Ireland. As part of the Signature Cask Finish Series, this edition stands for innovation and depth in the Irish whiskey world. It is based on a small batch whiskey that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks - a maturation process that gives the distillate structure, vanilla and a mild spiciness.
