Dieser besondere Single Malt Scotch Whisky wurde im Jahr 2010 destilliert und reifte über 14 Jahre, wobei er eine außergewöhnliche Fassveredelung in einem Tokaji-Weinfass erhielt. Tokaji ist ein edelsüßer Weißwein aus Ungarn, bekannt für seine intensiven Frucht- und Honignoten – ein ungewöhnliches Finish, das dem klassischen Stil von Inchgower eine vollkommen neue, elegante Tiefe verleiht.
Die Kombination aus der würzig-fruchtigen Hausstilistik von Inchgower und der komplexen Süße des Tokaji-Fasses ergibt einen kraftvollen, süß-würzigen Single Malt mit reichhaltigem Aromenspektrum. Abgefüllt wurde der Whisky in Fassstärke mit 53,4 % Vol., selbstverständlich nicht kühlfiltriert und ungefärbt, um seine natürliche Ausdruckskraft vollständig zu bewahren.

Farbe: Goldener Bernstein mit leichtem Kupferschimmer.
Nase: Intensiv fruchtig mit Noten von Honig, getrockneten Aprikosen, Rosinen, hellem Holz und floralen Nuancen.
Geschmack: Vollmundig, süß und komplex mit Aromen von Honigmelone, Muskat, gebackenen Äpfeln, Vanille und Gewürzen.
Abgang: Langanhaltend, warm und vielschichtig mit einer eleganten Süße und dezenter Würze.
Am besten pur bei Zimmertemperatur genießen oder mit ein paar Tropfen Wasser, um die edelsüßen Tokaji-Aromen zu öffnen.
