Der Scheiblhofer Zweigelt Neusiedlersee DAC 2024 ist ein typischer Vertreter der burgenländischen Rotweinkultur und bringt das volle Potenzial der Rebsorte Zweigelt elegant zum Ausdruck. Gewachsen im sonnenverwöhnten Burgenland, spiegelt dieser DAC-Wein nicht nur regionale Herkunft wider, sondern auch die Handschrift eines der renommiertesten Weingüter Österreichs.
Der Ausbau erfolgte für 6 Monate in drittbefüllten Barriques, wodurch der Wein Struktur und Tiefe erhält, ohne dabei seine fruchtbetonte Stilistik zu verlieren. Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 13,5 % Vol. überzeugt dieser Jahrgang durch Balance, Intensität und samtiges Tannin. Die sortentypische Fruchtfülle, gepaart mit der eleganten Holznote, verleiht dem Wein eine angenehme Vielschichtigkeit.
Ein kraftvoller, dennoch zugänglicher Rotwein, der durch seine harmonische Struktur und seinen nachhaltigen Abgang begeistert. Mit Trinkreife von 2025 bis 2029 bietet der Zweigelt sowohl im jugendlichen Zustand als auch nach kurzer Flaschenreife höchsten Genuss. Tasting notes:
Im Glas zeigt sich ein schwärzliches Rubinrot mit glänzenden Reflexen. In der Nase offenbart sich eine feine Mischung aus reifer Kirsche und saftiger Weichsel, unterlegt von subtilen Holznoten. Am Gaumen ist der Wein kraftvoll, fruchtig und gut strukturiert, mit vollem Tannin, das harmonisch eingebunden ist. Der Abgang ist lang und präzise, getragen von der charakteristischen Fruchtfülle des Zweigelt.

Empfohlen bei 16 °C serviert, passt dieser Zweigelt hervorragend zu kräftigen Vorspeisen, hellen Hauptgerichten wie gegrilltem Geflügel oder Kalb, aber auch zu Nudelgerichten mit würzigen Saucen.
