Die Grundlage für diesen alkoholfreien Wein ist ein vollwertiger Pinot Gris, der zunächst ganz klassisch vinifiziert und anschließend schonend entalkoholisiert wird. Bei diesem Verfahren bleiben die sortentypischen Aromen und die elegante Textur der Rebsorte weitgehend erhalten. Ziel ist nicht ein bloßer Traubensaft-Ersatz, sondern ein ernstzunehmender alkoholfreier Wein, der Frische, Struktur und Frucht harmonisch vereint. Tasting notes:
Im Glas zeigt sich der Pinot Gris alkoholfrei in einem hellen Strohgelb mit silbernen Reflexen. Das Bukett ist fruchtbetont und klar, mit Aromen von reifer Birne, gelbem Apfel, feiner Zitrusfrucht und einem Hauch Melone. Am Gaumen wirkt er harmonisch, leicht cremig und ausgewogen, mit gut integrierter Fruchtsäure und einer dezent mineralischen Note. Der Abgang ist frisch, trocken und angenehm lang, ohne süßlich zu wirken – ein Ausdruck seriöser alkoholfreier Weinqualität.
