Der Regele Gelber Muskateller 2020 stammt vom traditionsreichen Weingut Regele in Leibnitz, im Herzen der Südsteiermark, und steht exemplarisch für die aromatische Strahlkraft dieser autochthonen Rebsorte. Die steilen Weingärten des südsteirischen Hügellandes, geprägt von kargen, kalkhaltigen Böden und einem von warmen Tagen und kühlen Nächten geprägten Mikroklima, bieten ideale Voraussetzungen für den Anbau von Muskateller mit feiner Würze, eleganter Frucht und lebendiger Säurestruktur.
Der Jahrgang 2020 zeigt sich besonders ausgewogen, mit moderatem Alkoholgehalt von 11,5 % Vol. und typischer Sortenausprägung. Durch die temperaturkontrollierte Gärung im Edelstahltank wird das frische, traubige Aromenspiel bewahrt, ohne durch Holzeinfluss überdeckt zu werden. Der Wein überzeugt sowohl durch seine elegante Struktur als auch durch seine Sortentypizität – ein perfekter Vertreter der steirischen Muskateller-Tradition mit hohem Wiedererkennungswert und viel Trinkfreude. Im Glas leuchtet der Gelbe Muskateller in einem hellen Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen. In der Nase zeigen sich intensive Aromen von Muskatblüte, Holunder, Zitrus, reifen Trauben und feinen Kräuternoten. Am Gaumen frisch, saftig und lebendig, mit feiner Fruchtsüße, filigraner Würze und einer klaren, mineralischen Länge. Ein finessenreicher Wein mit animierendem Trinkfluss.
Ideal zu asiatischer Küche mit leichter Schärfe, Sommerrollen, Frühlingsgemüse, Spargelgerichten, leichten Fischvariationen, Ziegenkäse oder einfach als Aperitif an einem warmen Tag. Auch zu vegetarischer Küche oder exotisch gewürzten Speisen ein idealer Partner.
