Die Trauben für den LIDO Prosecco Brut werden in den kühleren Morgenstunden geerntet, um Frische und Aromatik optimal zu bewahren. Nach einer sanften Pressung erfolgt die temperaturkontrollierte Gärung im Edelstahltank, gefolgt von der zweiten Gärung im Drucktank nach der Charmat-Methode. Das Ergebnis ist ein lebendiger, fein perlender Prosecco mit erfrischender Frucht, klarer Stilistik und einer jugendlichen Eleganz – ideal für unkomplizierten Genuss mit einem Hauch von Dolce Vita. Im Glas zeigt sich der Canella LIDO Prosecco in einem hellen Strohgelb mit grünlichen Reflexen und einer feinen, anhaltenden Perlage.
