Der AI GALLI Chardonnay Frizzante ist ein fein perlender Perlwein (Frizzante) aus Venetien, der die elegante Frische des Chardonnay auf charmante Weise interpretiert. Anders als bei einem Spumante besitzt dieser Frizzante einen moderaten Kohlensäuredruck und ist dadurch besonders weich, leicht zugänglich und angenehm am Gaumen. Hergestellt aus 100 % Chardonnay, überzeugt er mit Sortentypizität, Lebendigkeit und feinem Fruchtspiel. Die Trauben werden sanft gepresst und temperaturkontrolliert bei 18–20 °C über 10 bis 12 Tage vergoren. Anschließend erfolgt die zweite Gärung im Autoklaven nach der Charmat-Methode, wobei die Frische der Frucht bewahrt und der feine Perleffekt gezielt entwickelt wird.
Mit 11 % Vol. Alkohol ist dieser Frizzante leicht, trinkfreudig und ideal geeignet für ungezwungene Genussmomente. Die empfohlene Verzehrtemperatur liegt bei 8–10 °C, wodurch sich die feinen Fruchtaromen optimal entfalten. Die Lagerfähigkeit beträgt 1 bis 2 Jahre, wobei der Wein besonders in seiner Jugend durch Frische und Klarheit überzeugt. Tasting notes:

Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Frizzante leichtfüßig, erfrischend und trocken mit feiner Frucht und lebendiger Säure. Der Abgang ist klar, animierend und von zartem Mousseux begleitet.
Dieser Chardonnay Frizzante passt hervorragend zu leichten Vorspeisen, Meeresfrüchten, Sommergerichten oder feinen Pastagerichten mit Gemüse oder Fisch.
