Der AI GALLI Cuvée Rosé Brut ist ein feinperliger, eleganter Schaumwein aus dem östlichen Veneto, der die Leichtigkeit italienischer Lebensart mit aromatischer Ausdruckskraft verbindet. Die Cuvée besteht aus 90 % Glera – der klassischen Prosecco-Rebsorte – und 10 % Pinot Nero (Pinot Noir), welche dem Wein nicht nur seine zarte Roséfarbe, sondern auch Struktur und aromatische Tiefe verleiht. Das Zusammenspiel dieser beiden Rebsorten bringt Frische, Eleganz und eine charmante Fruchtigkeit ins Glas.
Die Trauben stammen von tonhaltigen Böden mittlerer Dichte und werden im Rahmen einer schonenden Roséweinbereitung mit kurzer Mazeration (max. 36 Stunden) vinifiziert. Danach erfolgt ein sanftes Pressen, gefolgt von einer temperaturkontrollierten Gärung über 12 Tage in Edelstahltanks. Der Grundwein wird anschließend im Druckkessel nach der Charmat-Methode ein zweites Mal vergoren, bis der gewünschte Druck von ca. 6 bar erreicht ist. Die Gärung wird durch schnelles Abkühlen gestoppt, und eine einmonatige Lagerung auf der Feinhefe sorgt für zusätzliche Harmonie und Komplexität.
Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 11 % Vol. präsentiert sich dieser Rosé Brut lebendig, trocken und besonders trinkfreudig – ein vielseitiger Schaumwein für stilvolle Momente und sommerliche Genussmomente. Tasting notes:
Im Glas zeigt sich der AI GALLI Cuvée Rosé Brut in einem zarten Rosa mit glänzenden Zwiebelschalenreflexen und feiner Perlage. Die Nase ist geprägt von frischem, weinigen Duft, begleitet von Aromen reifer Äpfel und zarter Aprikosen. Am Gaumen wirkt der Schaumwein spritzig, ausgewogen und erfrischend trocken, mit klarer Frucht, lebendiger Säure und einem animierenden, eleganten Abgang.
