Hergestellt aus 100 % Merlot, stammt dieser Frizzante aus dem östlichen Veneto – einer Region, die für fruchtbetonte und trinkfreudige Weine bekannt ist. Die Trauben werden schonend verarbeitet: Nach einer kurzen Mazeration auf den Schalen von 12 bis 24 Stunden, um Farbe und Aromen zu extrahieren, folgt die temperaturkontrollierte Gärung bei 18–20 °C über zehn Tage in Edelstahltanks. Anschließend wird der Wein im Drucktank nach der Charmat-Methode weitervergoren, bis der gewünschte Perldruck erreicht ist. Die Gärung wird durch Kältestabilisierung bei –4 °C gestoppt, um Frische und Klarheit zu erhalten.
Mit einem Alkoholgehalt von 11 % Vol., lebendigem Mousseux und seiner frischen, jugendlichen Stilistik ist dieser Rosé Frizzante der ideale Begleiter für unkomplizierte Genussmomente. Die Verzehrtemperatur liegt bei 8–10 °C, und er sollte jung genossen werden – die optimale Lagerzeit beträgt 1 bis 2 Jahre. Tasting notes:
