The Hillinger HILL Brut Rosé Reserve 2020 11.5% vol. 0.75 l is an elegant premium sparkling wine from Burgenland, which is produced with the utmost precision using the elaborate traditional bottle fermentation method. This vintage consists of 100% Pinot Noir and comes from organic cultivation, which underlines its purity and aromatic precision. After vinification of the base wine, liqueur de tirage is added before the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. It then matures for 3 years on the lees before being carefully disgorged - a process that gives it its fine perlage and particular finesse.



Its color, a light, delicate pink with a peach-colored core, already reflects the elegance and freshness that characterize this sparkling wine. The Hillinger HILL Brut Rosé Reserve impresses with its harmonious interplay of fruit, freshness and structure. It can be stored for up to 10 years, making it a delight both young and matured.
