Dieser Jahrgang besteht zu 100 % aus Pinot Noir und stammt aus biologischem Anbau, was seine Reinheit und aromatische Präzision unterstreicht. Nach der Vinifikation des Grundweins wird liqueur de tirage zugefügt, bevor die zweite Gärung in der Flasche erfolgt. Anschließend reift er 3 Jahre auf der Hefe, bevor er sorgfältig degorgiert wird – ein Prozess, der ihm seine feine Perlage und besondere Finesse verleiht.
Seine Farbe, ein helles, zartes Rosa mit pfirsichfarbenem Kern, spiegelt bereits die Eleganz und Frische wider, die diesen Sekt auszeichnen. Im Glas zeigt er sich in einem hellen, zarten Rosa mit pfirsichfarbenem Kern und einer fein moussierenden Perlage. In der Nase entfalten sich fruchtig-florale Aromen mit Anklängen von reifem Steinobst und hellen, roten Beeren. Am Gaumen setzt sich diese Aromatik fort, gestützt von einer feinen, belebenden Säure, die den Sekt frisch, feingliedrig und aromatisch differenziert wirken lässt.
